What’s Next in (or Out of) Tech?

A Lighthearted Career Refresh

    Workshop Schedule

Let me guess. If you’re here you probably feel like…

You’re feeling the envy. You’ve been comparing yourself to your peers on LinkedIn and they seem so damn happy and successful. You long to be someone who feels energized and knows you are pretty damn cool.

You’re stuck. Overwhelmed. You’ve been in the same spot for 6 months, maybe even years but you haven’t made a change because it’s scaring the crap out of you.

You worked your butt off to get where you are in tech. You even yearned to be in this exact spot, years ago. But it’s not everything you thought it’d be.

You have an idea of what you want to do and you’re (secretly) excited about it but where do you even start?

You have 100 tabs open researching the different roles in tech and feel like there are a 100 directions you could go in.

I’ve got you. Let’s change that.

Let me walk you through my simple, step-by-step process to identify what you truly want in that dreamy next role—and the strategy you need to make it happen.

In just one workshop, I’m sharing the EXACT steps my clients (and I) have used to design careers that leave them feeling energized, excited, and inspired.

By the end of our time together you will be able to:

    1. Get clear on what YOU really want to do next

Deep breath! We’ll get squeaky mirror clear on what you actually want in your next role and what aligns with your strengths. Something which lights you up and makes you feel excited to get up for in the morning.

    2. Stop overthinking and start taking meaningful steps

You’ve been feeling paralyzed by the pressure to make the “perfect” move. Learn how to create momentum with small, intentional steps that don’t feel so heavy or high-stakes. In fact, they feel fun.

    3. Create more possibility and opportunities in your career path

Step beyond the usual LinkedIn scrolling at 10pm and surface-level coworker chats with senior dev Fred. Learn how to tap into new communities and uncover career paths you didn’t even know were available to you.

“Hopeful and in control of my career for the first time in years”

I was lucky to meet Sarah through my network and our session together was exactly what I needed. I’ve been struggling to take my career to the next level and felt very stuck, and I left our session feeling hopeful and in control of my career for the first time in years.

It was easy to be vulnerable with Sarah and she asked very thoughtful questions. She came up with a unique approach and several tools for navigating my career progression that removed a lot of the judgement and pressure I put on myself.

I highly recommend working with Sarah. You’re guaranteed to walk out with a fresh perspective and a feeling of agency.

    Hi! I’m Sarah.

I’m high-fiving you through the screen (and then promptly using a cloth to clean the fingerprints).

I coach women in tech—founders, engineers, and product managers—who are ready to fall back in love with their careers.

I didn’t start in tech. I was an English major who spent over a decade as a software engineering leader, UX researcher, and VC-backed founder.

I’ve had over 20 jobs and lived in 3 countries, so I know what it’s like to hit a crossroads and think, What’s next?

I’ve been there—second-guessing myself, wrestling with imposter syndrome, and feeling stuck in a role that didn’t fit.

Now, I help senior women like you skip the burnout and find clarity, creativity, and momentum to build a career (and life) that excites you.
