ABOUT ME

I’ve spent over a decade in tech building and leading engineering teams. I’m most proud of being a thoughtful, transparent leader, building an AI creativity tool at Splice, and founding a VC-backed startup.

I consult on creating heart-based communities within tech organizations and future of work strategy with universities.

I’ve also:

  • started over in 3 countries - new jobs, new apartments, new friends

  • 180 degree career change. I went from an English degree to software engineering

My free time consists of learning to hip hop dance (still terrible but still having fun, thanks for asking!) and weightlifting. I have a strong affinity for wigs. My favorite will always be when I dressed up as Estelle from the Golden Girls.
