When I started my business, I had the mindset of “once I hire, I’ll scramble and figure out what our culture is.” But, why can’t it start sooner than that?

Liminal space is the uncertain transition between where you've been and where you're going physically, emotionally, or metaphorically. And for me? I’ve always been liminal.

I like chocolate an unhealthy amount. Me and chocolate during university? I’d buy those Symphony family-sized chocolate bars OR a full bag of Hershey’s kisses and go to town while I read my Victorian novels (English major over here). Again, it wasn’t healthy but, my love for chocolate? As deep as the ocean.
