  • This program is designed for mid-senior level women in tech who want their career to be created by their own version of success.

    You are excited by community, celebrating others, and being around other women who inspire you.

  • This group program is not for early-career professionals or for someone who wants an instantaneous fix (hint: it doesn’t exist!)

    It is not for someone who cannot commit to making 4 out of the 6 group sessions. AuthenTech is an intentional community which works best when we show up for each other.

  • About 1-2 hours a week. AuthenTech takes place for 12 weeks and will start October 30th at 3pm ET/12PM PT. We will break for the holidays in November and December.

  • You will join bi-weekly group coaching calls via Zoom and a Slack community where you can ask questions and get support.

    You will also have access to your Member's Area with recordings of previous calls and tools.

  • We will meet bi-weekly (every 2 weeks) for coaching calls.

    And at the beginning, you and I will meet 1:1 for a strategy session. These calls are all online and take place on Zoom.

  • I offer a refund within the first 7 days of the program if you come to all the calls and can show you did the work. It’s really important to me that it’s a good fit for both of us.

  • I’ve got you. It happens! We've had previous attendees need to miss for a Europe vacation and for interviews.

    There will be recordings of our coaching sessions in the members’ area.
