    I coach mid-to-senior women and non-binary folks in tech—engineers, founders, PMs—who are feeling stuck, unfulfilled, or unsure what’s next.

    I’ve been there.

    I started as an English major and spent over a decade in tech as a software engineering leader, UX researcher, and VC-backed founder. I’ve had 20+ jobs and lived in 3 countries so career transitions are my bread + butter.

    It took me years to build a career that actually felt like mine. I’m here to help you do it faster—with more clarity, confidence, and fun.
